not until you have an alternative lined up. When you give notice explain why and perhaps they will offer you a telecommute option. If that seems better that your other offer, decline that one. But too many employers do not accept notice because they are worried about what people will do on their way out the door. SO I wuold not take the risk until you have worked out an alternative.
