Have you started spending less time with her?

Less walks? Or those types of things?

When they aren't getting the attention they want/need they will start to
act out. When you first get them and are training, you spend a lot of
time. You watch them, you make sure they aren't tearing the house up and
crapping all over the place.

After a few week/months you are playing less, watching less, training
less, but they still want the attention, so they go back to doing what
it was they did when you were giving them more attention.

Ziggy chewed on the door mat a couple of days in a row because we hadn't
been home as much in the evening, something he hadn't done in months.
