Yes, but my experience with people shouting about road conditions
while I'm driving is that my drying immediately becomes _way_ worse
for a second while I deal with the fact that someone is screaming at
me. I've never had an experience in which someone shouting about road
conditions was helpful, but I've had quite a few where it made things
more dangerous. My ex in particular was really bad about it. She was
paranoid about being in a wreck and as a result would flip out and
start screaming about the road conditions rather frequently actually.
