I didn't say that, in fact I've seen examples of both the things you are talking about. However with gay couples children are dealt with in civil matter via adoption and contracts. In strait couples, there is a difference, while there are things that shake the systems up, like divorce, infertility, being un-faithful. > Or are we reading different sources?
