Umm... nope, those are morals. People do not all have the same set of
"right and wrong" -- there is a fantastic amount of variation between
what two cultures believe is right/wrong. Those are moral judgements,
and in many cases those moral judgements are diametrically opposed
when 2 cultures beliefs about a given circumstance are compared.

.... Terrorists will never stop thinking of ways to harm America and
neither will we?

I interpreted your claim to be that morality is fixed -- that it
exists regardless of the opinions of humans, and I'm saying that's not
true. There is no universal good or evil, there is only people and
what we choose to value. Different cultures have historically valued
things differently. You're focusing way too much on the issue of
killing with respect to the times we kill because we're choosing a
perceived "lesser evil", and in the process ignored comments about
ritual suicide and human sacrifice, both of which have been highly
valued by cultures which gave rise to them, both of which were
considered "fundamentally good" by those cultures, even though our
culture considers them "fundamentally evil". They mentioned that (if
only briefly) in the Last Samurai. (Yes, I'm making a film reference,
but damnit, I'm making a point. :)
