First of all, it appears that the USB ports are disabled on the computer in the office that some folks use to get their e-mails. I'd like to get that fixed. Also, the drive on the computer I use is highly fragmented. It's still 21% fragmented after running the defrag utility. Any advice on cleaning it up would greatly appreciated.
