So now that my daughters are participating in schools plays and dance recitals, I'm really getting frustrated with my current camera. I've got a Canon S410, a typical point and shoot model. The problem I have is that the flash isn't strong enough/or I can't time the shutter to be slow enough to capture the flash.
I'm thinking about getting a DSLR, along the lines of the Rebel XT or somesuch. Will I notice a big difference in this upgrade, or will I need to spend even more money to get something that has the capability to capture a photo of a stage from about 30 feet off. -- America spells competition, join us in our blind ambition get yourself a brand new motor car.
