How does that put a libertarian, or a constitutional party or natural law
party person on the ballot?

When are we going to open our system to the "other" parties an ideologies in
this country?

not an issue any more. My state enacted a party-ticket system for primaries
(once you pick a party, you can only vote that party in the statewide
primary races).

essentially the result is one dem and one republican will face off in the
general.
