And this violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment, if the
school is allowing other groups (voluntary, non-academic) to meet using
school facilities.

We are talking about publicly financed facilities that must be equally
available to all groups under guidelines and rules that are applied equally
to all groups regardless of race, creed or sexual orientation.

the school should not PROVIDE resources for religious events.   The school
shouldn't sanction religious organizations or events.
