Why can't you just respect the beliefs of others? I am sick of people thinking that I should change what I am doing because they do not respect my beliefs. So what, there are people out there who are uncomfortable with me because I have long hair and don't shave very often, does that mean I should leave?
If 10 students wanted to hold a group prayer before a test, are they supposed to go to one of the other students houses to say it? Should they wait until the halls clear to say it? >Yes, that would be an infringement, I agree. I did not say they were >required to pray silently. I said if that want to do it in the classroom, >they should. What if my religion requires that I NOT here others' prayers? >Is that too not an infringement? Do I have to be the one to leave the room? >The above is an endlessly looping argument. Best solution is to pray in >private for both of us. > >Gary ______________________________________________________________________ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
