Then like i said, ask that person to do it else where. I said there are 
many options, yes that would be an infringement, but is he said, "I must 
pray aloud, or God may not hear me." I would say ok, would you mind doing 
it somewhere else.

Actually, I would respect him and his religion, keep my mouth shut and go 
on about my business.
