I agree with you that it's definitely taking selective media clips to
make a point - just look at the title.  Obviously it's going to show
clips that supports it's view and ignore facts that don't.

I agree with Dana that it's not making anything up, just showing
what's happened (albeit in a slanted way).

I disagree with you regarding it's marketing.  The title tells you
right off that the producers feel Delay "stole" congress and they're
going to prove it.  This should be a viewers first tip that she's
about to see the prosecution's case and not the defense.
