well, it's not so much about losing the stylii as being able to navigate the screen without the touchscreen :)
the verizon guy did warn me that the Q is a phone with some PDA capabilities... -not- a PDA with phone capabilities (a la the XV6600/6700 or the Treo 700). I wasn't planning on using it to do any sort of remote desktopping...just the occassional web surfing and IM'ing, so it didn't bother me much.
