I used to think the same as you, but I am VERY happy going to the windows OS. The Palm OS has looked the same for years now. At least the Windows OS has been coming out with upgrades. Many more programs for the Windows Phone. If you are starting a new account you normally get 2 weeks to try a phone, if you don't like it, take it back and get something you're used to.
