if all you want to do is surf the web and im a bit, but have no interest in a PDA I would stay away from the PDA phones. Verizon and Cingular charge a ridiuculous amount of money for data if you have a PDA $45 and up. If you have a regular phone it can be as low as $5 a month. Motorola Q is definitely a no go. The guys can tell you it's a phone with PDA capabilities, but I have seen the phone and it's a PDA with phone capabilities and without having a touch screen makes Windows just about unusable. There are just some things that take too many clicks. I have been very happy with my 6700 from Sprint. ONly costs $15 a month regardless of my phone for internet at Sprint.
