He hasn't deserted or gone awol.

Put him in jail for the duration.  Then boot him with a dishonorable
discharge.

After that we should tell Canada to send home any AWOL troops, and if they
don't cease trading with them.

There is an LT hiding out up there I heard about.  He should be shit for
desertion.
