Good for them. Whatever you think about Gitmo (and i'm 100% FOR it), there's no reason why Bush should circumvent our laws. Go to Congress, get the authority, then set up your tribunals. The court is doing exactly what it should be doing, checking the power of the president to ensure he follows the law.
