So Bin Laden dead or alive is not acceptable? Every soldier that discharges his weapon needs to go through a review board. If someone dies when a weapon is discharged the soldier must be put on leave pending full review. Every enemy combatant caught on in battle trying to murder our soldiers will have full access to our judicial system with court appointed lawyers and will force his captures to testify. Not only will this expose the individual soldiers to witness tampering but it will keep many troops off the battlefield waiting for court dates. This will also allow our enemies the ability to question out military leaders about battle plans and strategies, even while the battles are ongoing.
The Geneva Convention does not apply to non-uniform combatants yet these judges decided it did. I thought you supported the American constitution? You seem to have stronger support of the al Qaeda bill of rights.
