My quick and personal view, from reading the second paragraph:
"...Justice John Paul Stevens, who said the proposed trials were
illegal under U.S. law and international Geneva conventions." was that
all terrorist will now be treated like American citizens. This is not
good since the terrorist have no laws to follow.

Then I heard this on Rush:

"Today's Supreme Court decision reaffirms the American ideal that all
are entitled to the basic guarantees of our justice system. This is a
triumph for the rule of law. The rights of due process are among our
most cherished liberties, and today's decision is a rebuke of the Bush
Administration's detainee policies and a reminder of our
responsibility to protect both the American people and our
Constitutional rights. We cannot allow the values on which our country
was founded to become a casualty in the war on terrorism." - Nancy
Pelosi

This tells me our laws protect terrorist anywhere in the world that
are trying to kill us.
And she's ok with that. A photo goes with it:)

Then I read the Mark Levin piece:

I have a lot of trust in Mr. Levin's opinions when it comes to the
judicial branch, since it's one of my many weak points. But I like to
stay open minded and would love to here opposing views.
