treated very well? If I were detained for four years without a hearing of any kind, I would not consider myself to have been treated very well. You may say that I am not a terrorist, and that's true, but consider that we have only the word of this administration, which brought us the current snafu in Iraq, to show for the contention that the detainees are terrorists. In my opinion, if the Bush administration is capable of invading a country on the assumption that the invading forces will be welcomed, then they are capable of mistakenly believing that someone is a terrorist. A hearing is not a great deal to ask. If there is enough evidence there to convince a reasonable man, nothing in this decision precludes continued detention as far as I know. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:210620 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
