there have always been prisoners in time of conflict. Nobody is saying you 
don't detain people. But you can't detain them indefinitely without some sort 
of process. That's what the Magna Carta was all about. It's a basic tenet of 
our civilization. No, I don't blame al-Qaeda for Guantanamo. I blame them for 
9-11. Let's take responsibility for our own issues. What if someone in 
Guantanamo was in fact detained in error? What do we say -- al-Qaeda made us do 
it?
