With the exception of the riots, which are not naturally occuring phenomena, I have heard it said after each of the events on your list.
I've even heard we shold move out of the Seattle area 'cause of not one but three natural disaster types: earthquake (Nisqually was a 7.9 30 miles deep and didn't do much damage, but we've 2's and 3's that occur weekly if not daily up here), tsunami and of course the ever present threat of the sleeping giants... Baker and Ranier are both long dormant volcanos... every place has something... it un-fncking-believably hot in New Mexico... I choose not to live there... not really a natural disaster...but...
