The other day we're on Saratoga lake and were having a good time on my Buddy's new pontoon boat. Chilling, some peeps are fishing, and as we are hanging out, the sheriffs boat comes around...
Do you have fishing licences? Good thing the two people fishing did, then they continue to ask, how about those life preservers? Well luck would have it, it's a new boat and posers at the Marina didn't stack the boat right... WTF. so they continue to bla bla bla about how you should have X amount of life preservers and stuff. Funny thing is, at the foot of the driver is a pellet gun and we had a bunch of beer cans hanging around. No tickets which was cool. I bring this up because there is an open container law in NY State, long story short... You can drink on a boat... :-) Casey On 7/10/06, Dana Tierney <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > what's a livery? > > I don't think a complaint to ODNR will get far.
