Harlow was a CIA's press officer at the time and named as a source
that confirmed it was Wilson's wife.

Theory is the leaker is Richard Armitage. He most likely heard it
from Marc Grossman who went to school with Wilson and first accused
Libby and Rove of the leak. Starting to look like a CIA anti-Bush
attack job?
He only knew her as Wilson's wife so opened a book of Who's Who in
America and got her name from Wilson's bio. She was listed as Valerie
Plame not Wilson.
Yeah, top-secret identity.

No injury to anyone. She wasn't covert, her cover was blown a decade ago.
Novak felt it was newsworthy that Wilson and everyone else failed to
mention how Wilson got the job.

"I considered his wife's role in initiating Wilson's mission, later
confirmed by the Senate Intelligence Committee, to be a previously
undisclosed part of an important news story. I reported it on that
basis." - Robert Novak

An interesting point is that Fitzgerald knew the leaker 2-1/2 years
ago, when he first interviewed Novak.
Yet he and still hasn't charged or even mentioned his name. If it
wasn't a crime what was he looking for all this time?
