Question #2: Did Mr. Wilson return from Niger blabbing to the press about his findings? Answer: No. So how did it get revealed? Question #3: Who drew first blood? Wilson or the Administration? Answer: Neither. Novak did despite CIA spokesman Bill Harlow warning him not to. So we seem to have yet another case of the press revealing information that the government would rather it not reveal.
