There is 24 hour service on a very limited number of runs all of which are in the city.
some appear to be 24 hours because of their affiliation with Boeing shift work but they only run between certain hours of the day north and south end of the Sound. :-) trains definitely do not run 24 hrs. there are two runs in the morning from the north end to Seattle and two in the evening from Seattle to the North end. Trains in Tacoma run more often and trains between Seattle and Tacoma run pretty regularly.
