I understand where you are coming from, but if you are really that
conserned about privacy of data, you may want to rethink using the
internet at all.  Google's gathering of information is not new, isn't
unique on the internet, and is far from the most worrysome data
privacy issue out there.  At least they are being up front with the
data they collect.
