depends on the setup. AOL had so many procedures in place it was hard to
tech anythng at all. The place I was thinking of simply had us as
administrators on a server where the customers were users. One of the big
things we did was go in an delete the emails when someone's account was
jammed up because someone sent them a 6-gig attachment. This will
effectively incapacitate a dialup account, especially if it's being accessed
on copper wire from Cloudcroft or someplace...
