I'm not sure it's even accurate or relevant anymore to refer to these groups
as "Al Qaeda" or "linked to Al Qaeda". AQ and Bin Laden seem to be more a
symbolic rallying cry than a structured organization these days.

These killers are linked by a sick ideology...no rank and file necessary.
