I don't agree.  I think it's safe to assume that for every suicide
bomber there has to be a network of people supporting and supplying
him or her.

Likely the actual bombers are immigrants to Europe and so also have a
few "control" agents residing else where.

So, let's put that all together:

1.) 10 aircraft x 3 bombers per aircraft (seems low, but we'll go with 3) = 30
2.) Let's say there's 3 local support people for each team of 3. 10 x
3 = 30 + 30 = 60
3.) Then let's say there's 3 overseas support and supply agents for
each team. 90

So, just SWAGGING it puts a number of 90 out there.  Either way, the
point is, it takes a lot of logistics control to pull something like
this off.  That takes people and organization.  That means there is
still plenty of that despite Afghanistan and Iraq.
