It would only make sense that, being that Israel is bombing the shit
out of the civilian infrastructure of Lebanon hourly, not to mention
seemingly random parts of Beirut (e.g., the Christian areas), that
there would more refugees in Lebanon and that the bigger story would
be there.

Yes, Hezbollah is lobbing non-guided rockets into Israel, sometimes
200 per day, but, to my knowledge, they haven't destroyed much of
anything.  Water is still on, power is still on, hospitals are still
up, roads still intact, etc.

Of course none of this takes into account fault, but Dino's point was
"non-statistical lopsidedness".  I 'd say is the metric is civilians
dead or infrastructure destroyed, then the story is in Lebanon, not
Israel.
