I think you can definitely be anti-Israel, and pro-Jewish.

If by anti-Israel, you mean anti-Israeli government policies, it is
fairly common.

If by anti-Israel, you mean anti-existance-of-the-state-of-Israel,
then that is a whole lot different and, well, that is a lot harder to
separate.

Of course, if the reason you dislike the policies is the race or
religion or foot size of the group of person, then that is again
different.

But I can say I am anti-British policies, and not anti-white or
anti-Protestant, can't I?

Surely I can dislike the actual policies and behaviors of a group (or
a person) without being an "ist". I dislike OJ Simpson for exactly the
same reason I dislike Claus Von Bulow. I am definitely a "did you kill
your wife"-ist.
