as opposed to how many US troops? Hmm? Frankly, 150 troops -- not 10 -- trained in detection of unexploded ordinance seems like not a bad place to start. It may have it's drawbacks I suppose, but as opposed to marching the troops through Baghdad and them moving HQ to Tampa, well... yanno. Fresh eyes ;)
