I have a mild case which seems to be triggered by too much chair time. It
came up when I had some much more serious things going on, but the doctor
said "you are pointing right at your sciatic nerve" and did not seem to
think it was terribly important. Mind, I did have some other issues at the
time which were what I was really there for. However, I find that getting up
and walking around helps mine. If you want to try anti-inflammatory meds, it
is safe to take up to 2400mg of ibuprofen in a day for short periods of
time. Unless you have kidney problems.
