His advisory team is and it's been the basis of his ideological
development.  It's the basis for "compassionate conservativism."  It
comes from is born again evangelical roots and has been developed and
inspired through Catholic ideals such as "works".

It's sort of an accepted concept by the "Conservative elites".  Here's
