I agree to an extent. I think that the Saudis and others are worse than Iran.
However, I think there are better ways of dealing with the Iranians than military force, or even sanctions. I think that it would be possible, with the aid of China and Russia, to provide Iran with safe nuclear power options, to help them increase their industrial base, and to make them our friend, instead of our enemy. WE have been fighting with Iran long enough, since the time of the Shah. Between Iran and China, with the right diplomatic and economic policies we could really build a powerful economic block that would ensure our continued success. > -----Original Message----- > From: Ladd Angelius [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Monday, September 25, 2006 2:53 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: Bush, Olmert Haunted By Their Military Incompetence > > I think they are really, truly, brutal religious fanatics that would use > them if they had them on major western cities, kill 100's of millions, and > then celebrate in the streets and could sleep well at night with no > remorse or second thought on the matter. > > Just my 2 cents. > > -----Original Message----- > From: Gruss Gott [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Mon 9/25/2006 2:49 PM > To: CF-Community > Cc: > Subject: Re: Bush, Olmert Haunted By Their Military Incompetence > > > > > gMoney wrote: > > Hmmm.....perhaps they ignore the world's largest stockpile of > nuclear > > weapons, which happens to belong to the only country to ever > deploy a > > nuclear weapon in conflict, and who also happens to be a staunch > ally of > > Israel. > > > > I think Iran makes these statements to stir up regional support for > a > nuke for them which they really want to use to leverage the US and > the > west out of the region. > > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:215988 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
