Like "e" it doesn't REALLY mean anything but the words it's supposed to
convey are "interactive", "individual", etc

It's like "se" or "sx" on cars or computers... they technically don't mean
anything but if you want to think "special edition" then great!

As an aside my understanding of this is that abbreviations are not
trademarkable - so officially the letters can't really mean anything.  But
that could just be an urban myth...
