Ah, there's always one in the bunch :)  Cardio and weight lifting are
the same!  Cardio is just high rep weight lifting.  I just like to
bait people.

The magic 3 are magic because they work 95% of your muscles.  But,
hey, running, weightlifting - it's all the same.  IF you do it right.
It's just that weightlifting is easier to do right than cardio.

Most newbies don't know that so cardio is a big no-no for muscle gain.
 There's no debate there.

As for bodybuilding.com, sure, there's some crap.  But there's also
proven experts who hold PhDs and are champion body builders.  The
proof is in the biceps.

The formula is simple: low carbs + high protein + weight lifting =
more muscle, less fat.

But we're all different.  For me, lifting and zero cardio works
wonders.  So you're wrong: cardio is NOT essential to weight loss.
