And if you really want a butt kicking workout, do HIT cardio. ;-) -----Original Message----- From: Scott Mulholland [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, October 05, 2006 1:09 PM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Hey weightlifters
I have been doing HIT (High Intensity Training), its basically 1 set per exercise that will lead to muscle failure by 8-12 reps. It's a circuit in the sense that I work the whole body in one workout as well. I do it every other day as throw in 20-30 mins of cardio 5 days a week. I have been eating relatively well, no big portions, not much crap and have dropped 16 lbs in the last 4 weeks and I am seeing some toning as well. It's great because you do minimal rest in between sets so I get all my lifting done in under 25 minutes. You can find some HIT workouts online, check it out, probably not for everyone but is working for me. -----Original Message----- From: Charlie Griefer [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, October 05, 2006 1:49 PM To: CF-Community Subject: Re: Hey weightlifters nice. i had never thought of it like that.
