Well, I don't know about.  You need state of the art manufacturing
processes to make the sphere and you need the material and you need to
assemble it.

The designs are understandable, but actually making one that works is
a different story.  I can understand how to make a WWI bi-plane but
getting the materials, parts, and assembling it is a whole different
story.

And then of course you need a few of them because you have to test and
trouble shoot.
