I've had a couple of dedicated boxes at HostMySite since May. I had 1 issue with a bad power cord to the firewall that took a few days to figure out (but how often does something like that happen). They worked hard on figuring it out and everything has been good since then.
Being a first time dedicated server owner, I had a lot of questions early on and they were very responsive in getting things setup correctly and either answering my questions or doing what was needed. I'm happy.
