In short if you don't think your problems are being addressed and you're a shared webhosting client please ask to speak to a supervisor on duty and you will be transferred to one almost immediately. They're available to hear out your concerns and make sure the right people are working on any issues that are either - very complex, i.e. needing a senior technician - recurring - both If you're a Dedicated Server client please feel free to call your sales rep if you feel the Dedicated Server Engineers aren't addressing your issue in the best fashion. I *WAS* going to offer myself as a point of contact, but I caught myself when I realized how popular these forums are.
