*DISCLAIMER - I am a Senior Technician & Dedicated Sales Rep at HostMySite.com* That is pretty shocking, seeing as the Dedicated boxes are dedicated to your own sites and as such there is little on the HMS network that can cause problems with them. Shared sites, on the other hand - especially those running CF, can be very tricky to diagnose because 9 times out of 10 it's a client coding issue and there are a fair number of clients to choose from here. There was another thread to this effect on our own forums where a few lengthy responses made for some good reading.
