It is not, to suppress such information is a violation. Should your public
library not offer the bible or other books with religious ideas? Why don't
we just get rid of the fiction section while we are at it, those aren't
based in Scientific fact backed by scholarly sources, so clearly they have
no places being provided for by the government.

Science cannot prove that the creation of the Grand Canyon was not caused by
the Great flood, because the great flood is something that doesn't have
exact dates, and the time frame associated with the bible doesn't directly
translate to the time frame we speak of in scientific terms.

Or scientific terms use things like revolutions and rotations of the earth.
When the bible was written many thought the earth was the center of the
universe and everything rotated around it. You are also assuming that the
great flood was a single event, that the entire earth was covered with water
and a few days later it was gone and Noah and the rest of the animals
repopulated the earth.

The 1st amendment claims congress can't make allow respecting an
establishment of religion or the free exercise thereof. Making a law that
removed religious texts is more against the separation, than allowing them
ever could be.

The intent is not to prevent the spread of religion, but to not make one
person worth less because of his beliefs.
