Well ... we don't differ in general, but in this case we do because
band-aids remove urgency and so, in my experience, things don't get
done and you end up with blood seeping out from under a hundred
band-aids.

As a voter I guess I'm saying we should insist on solutions rather
than band-aids.  In this case Bush is NOT saying, "here's the short
term, here's the long term they're a package."

Rather he's saying, "here's a problem, here's a solution."

As voters we need to reject that kind of problem solving.
