And therein lies the problem and why *nothing* has been done so far to help 
people. Because so many like you demand an all-or-nothing solution and it will 
take so long to do that and even come to some agreement on *what* to do, while 
meanwhile millions of people continue to be uninsured. I agree it'd be great if 
we could just fix the whole mess once and for all and be done, but that simply 
is not feasible in the short-term. I'm not sure this is the best solution, but 
I'm glad to see him at least stepping up with an idea that truly could help 
millions of people now, and give us the time needed to work towards more 
permanent solutions, and I'd like to hear more about it. What solution do you 
have that would help people *now*? And not 10+ years down the road?
