I generally hate Dell support. I did get one to stay on the line during an entire Warcraft installation because the install kept failing.
Several replacement CD-RW drives later, we still hadn't "solved" the problem though we were able to get warcraft installed. The dell rep suggested that laptop CD-ROM drives aren't intended for heavy use, and for some reason, each Warcraft CD takes like 20-30 minutes to install. By the time I insert the 4th CD, it simply won't recognize it.
