So, then, in your system, who determines what is political speech? What criteria do they measure by? If Evolution is deemed political--you know 'cause it's just a 'theory'--then does a professor in a Biology class need to get fined 'cause they won't talk about ID? Should a bio prof be forced to 'teach the controversy' for fear of being it with censure over political issues? What about economics? Is "Voodoo economics" a political statement? How about supply-side? If a professor says, "Greenhouse gases contribute to overall CO2 levels in the atmosphere which may be a cause of global warming", political or not? how about "sun spots and solar radiation are contributing global warming"? how about a philosophy class? A professor that describes himself as a Pragmatist could be considered making a political statement, no? What if a professor went so far as to state an agreement with Ayn Rand in a literature class? What about a professor that has his class read Bradbury's *Farenheit 451* after this law is passed? Is he making a comment about censorship, and if so, is *that* political, what if he protests that it is just a good book? Lying liberal scumbag; or misunderstood in today's politicized climate? -- will "If my life weren't funny, it would just be true; and that would just be unacceptable." - Carrie Fisher ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion MX7 by AdobeĀ® Dyncamically transform webcontent into Adobe PDF with new ColdFusion MX7.
