Did you not notice I said "Community College"? I couldnt even get anyone to tell me who to complain to.
Of course, later, when I got kicked out of a class at the University of Connecticut (branch), I had a great appeals process (which also went nowhere). (if you are wondering why I was kicked out of that class, I asked the instructor if she knew a local musician with the same last name as her's, who was in a band I loikd. She kicked me out of class. Apparently they were bitterely estranged, and it was a touchy subject. Fortunately, the school let me take another class instead.)
