belief set. My point, without getting into what *you* are trying to
do, is that freedom of speech is messy and sometimes people take
advantage of the podium the have, yes. I don't know if you read my
tale over in the NSFW branch of this thread? The thing is, as long as
the professor thinks he is teaching or with any plausibility can can
he is teaching (what was happening in that creative writing class in
my opinion) then you do have a first amandment situation. I understand
your poijnt about access -- that was certainly the only creative
writing class accessible to me at the time -- but nonetheless.
Education *is* political. Any woman can tell you that. Anytime you try
to remove the politics from it, because you do not agree with the side
being taught, you risk the same being done to the side you agree with,
and more important, major distortions to the truth.

Some truths are political. And personal. And still true.
